Candlelight: The Best of Hans Zimmer Greenville Concert reviews
Stage AE < FAIL!!!
The venue was a complete waste of money. The bag policy is a joke, with women dumping their purses at the door. We left and went over to the bar next door to take turns going into the concert without our personal items while others held our purses. The concert was oversold and standing, with all I could see being the top of the guillotine. They were still trying to get people in the door long after the concert started, even in the freezing rain. I've been to hundreds of shows, sports events, and concerts, but never have I encountered such ridiculous restrictions on what I could bring in. Candlelight: 90s Hip Hop on Strings was a much better experience at a well-organized, classy event earlier this year. I spent over $300 on tickets for this show in Pittsburgh, along with additional expenses for hotel, ubers, travel, and food. In hindsight, I should have just purchased tickets for the show at Packard Hall in Warren, OH. Candlelight: 90s Hip Hop on Strings is ending his tour, and it was impossible to see anything at Stage AE. Never again will I attend such a poorly managed venue.
